Overpriced room, poor service
high room rateunhelpful staff
I stayed for three nights. The room rate felt very high for what I got. Staff acts disinterested and unhelpful. The concierge did not even try to help get tickets. I felt let down given the cost of the stay.

The room was beautifully fitted out. The service in the bar was really good and breakfast service was good. The food at breakfast was well presented and very well cooked.
I reported a ring missing from my locked room. The hotel informed me they found nothing and would not accept liability. The hotel offered only a complimentary one-night stay as a goodwill gesture.

unfriendly staffrude attitude
I was disappointed with the bar staff. They were not very friendly at all and were actually quite rude. their attitude changed only after they realized i was staying at the hotel. it felt unwelcoming at first.
